About Hatbodol BD

Hatbodol BD (হাতবদল BD) is a property marketplace for Bangladesh: flats, rooms and commercial space to rent, and flats for sale. “Hatbodol” means changing hands.

We're starting in Dhaka, with rentals first. Posting an ad is free. Anyone can post, and agents' ads say “Agent”, so you always know who you're dealing with.

We only introduce you to the owners and agents who post the ads. We don't own, rent out or sell any property ourselves.

Safe by design

• Ads with phone numbers or links in their text, and ads that people report, are checked by our team.
• Phone numbers are shown only to people who are logged in.
• An ad shows the area on the map, not the exact address, unless the poster chooses to show it.
