By using Hatbodol BD you agree to these terms. They are short; please read them.

Our role

Hatbodol BD only introduces people looking for property to the owners and agents who advertise it. Our role is limited to making that introduction.

We don't own, rent out or sell any property shown here, and we don't act for any owner or agent. We're not part of any deal between users, and we can't promise that every ad or person is genuine.

Owners and agents are responsible for their own ads and properties. We accept no liability or responsibility on behalf of any owner or agent.

Always see the property and check the papers before you pay anything. Never send money by bKash or Nagad before you have seen the property.

Your account

• Anyone can use Hatbodol BD, whatever their age. If you are under 18, use it with a parent or guardian's knowledge, and leave any rental or purchase agreement to an adult: under Bangladesh law, only adults can sign contracts.
• Keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for what's posted from your account.

Posting ads

• Post only real property that you may rent out or sell, at the price you show.
• Say truthfully whether you're the owner or an agent.
• Use real photos of the property. No fake, copied or misleading ads, and one ad per property.
• Mark the ad as rented or sold, or delete it, when it's no longer available.
• Put your phone number in the contact fields, not in the title or description: ads with numbers or links in the text are checked first.

Not allowed

• Scams, including asking for advance money before someone has seen the property.
• Anything illegal, offensive or hateful.
• Spam, harassing other users, or collecting their numbers for other purposes.

Checking ads

We may check, correct (for example to remove a phone number from the text), hide or delete ads, and block accounts that break these terms.

Your photos and words

Your ads stay yours. By posting, you let us show them on Hatbodol BD, on the website and in the apps, and when they are shared, while the ad is up.

Liability

We provide Hatbodol BD as it is. As far as the law allows, we're not responsible for losses from deals between users, or for times when the service isn't available.

Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and using Hatbodol BD after a change means you accept it.
